How credits work

One credit is one month of service on one connection. A 3-month line uses three credits, a 12-month line twelve, and a line with two connections uses twice as many. Credits do not expire while your reseller account is active, so you can buy a block and use it over several months.

Credit prices fall as the block size rises. Because they depend on volume, we quote them directly: send us a WhatsApp message with the number of lines you expect to run in your first three months and the countries your customers are in.

What we ask of resellers

You handle first-line support for your customers: installing apps, typing in logins, answering billing questions. When something is a real service issue — a channel down, a server problem — you raise it on the reseller WhatsApp line and we deal with it. Our Terms of Service apply to every reseller line, including the rules on connection counts and redistribution, and you are responsible for passing those rules on to your customers.
